Well it has been a messy week or two. A lot of conflict and drama and stress and anxiety in my real life and my online world.
You know what?
I got too involved, caused hurt and disappointment with my anxiety and insecurities, got strung out and felt near the edge. I sulked, I became passive aggressive, I argued and I cried.

I took a step back, took a step down, took a deep breath and let it go...
Once upon a time I'd have been really self destructive.
